The works comprise the design and construction of 18 No. residential dwellings for affordable rent and shared ownership for the Housing Plus Group. The external works comprise of a new road and footpaths, driveways/parking areas, front and rear gardens, drainage and external services. Additionally, there was a full site remediation and validation following historic lead mine workings including capping of mine shaft, drilled grout stabilisation and imported clean capping. All properties benefit from Solar PV and Air Sourced Heat Pumps.
