Shropshire-based SJ Roberts Construction is celebrating after being named winner in the ‘Housebuilder of the Year’ category at the prestigious Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards.
The awards recognise the very best residential developers, projects and property professionals from across the Midlands, and the team’s success comes three years after SJ Roberts’ Allscott Meads development was named ‘Placemaking Project of the Year’.
The housebuilder award recognised the company’s reputation for delivering exceptional residential developments across all genres including social housing and private market homes, as well as bespoke one-off projects.
Commenting on the success, Mike Sambrook of SJ Roberts Construction, said:
“To receive recognition of this kind is a tremendous achievement and something that everyone at SJ Roberts Construction should be incredibly proud of.”
“We take pride in every home that we build and beyond that, additionally place great importance on investing in the communities where we’re building, as well as in our future workforce which is why apprentices are valued so highly by our team.”
“We were up against some impressive industry peers in this category which makes our success even more special.”
Now in their eleventh year, the awards showcase the best residential projects and developers from across the whole of the Midlands over the past 12 months and provide a fantastic showcase for the billions of pounds of residential projects taking place across the region.
