SJ Roberts Construction ranked amongst Top SME Apprentice Employers in the UK

We’re incredibly proud to announce that SJ Roberts Construction has been ranked 14th in the UK Government and Higherin’s Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Employer Rankings for 2026 – an achievement that reflects our long-term commitment to developing the next generation of construction professionals.

With a third of our workforce made up of apprentices, investing in talent is at the heart of everything we do. We’re passionate about creating opportunities, supporting career development, and helping our apprentices build rewarding futures within the construction industry.

This recognition wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication, and hard work of our apprentices, as well as the commitment of our colleagues who mentor and train them every day. We’d also like to extend our thanks to our training partners for their continued collaboration, expertise and support.
