SJ Roberts welcomes Harper Adams University students to site!

We were delighted to host final year students from Harper Adams University at our development Allscott Meads, in Shropshire, on Friday. The students that are studying Rural Property Management, Real Estate and Environmental Land Management had a site tour followed by a presentation from Mike Sambrook, Managing Director, and Neil Jones, Design Manager, on all aspects of the development.

The students had a tour of the development looking at the unique design, different house types, green spaces, commercial units, Allscott Primary School, Allscott Sports and Social Club whilst also discussing the environmental and biodiversity aspects of Allscott Meads. Within the presentation, Mike and Neil explained the process of how Allscott Meads was born and how it was transformed from the old sugar beet factory into a vibrant thriving community that will have over 470 homes when completed.

It was a fantastic morning and we look forward to welcoming more students from the university to Allscott Meads and other developments soon. A special thank you to Dr Itua Omokhomion MRICS FHEA for coordinating the visit!
